Kisaraswe district commissioner Jokate Mwegelo has opened the first Kisarawe training for the Tanzania Dog and Horse Squad for Police Officers where he said the presence of the animals will help deal with any crime that may occur in the district.
"We believe the presence of this unit of dogs and horses and the police training college (to be built soon) will help maintain the protection and security of citizens and their property, will also increase the flow of money and bring further development Kisarawe" -DC Jokate Mwegelo

Mkuu wa wilaya ya kisaraswe Jokate Mwegelo amefungua mafunzo ya kwanza kufanyika Kisarawe ya Kikosi cha Mbwa na Farasi Tanzania kwa Askari Polisi ambapo amesema uwepo wa wanyama hao utasaidia kukabiliana na uhalifu wowote utakaotokea Wilayani humo.
