President Dr. John Magufuli has sworn in Dr. Philip Plan to be Minister of Finance and Planning and Prof. Palamagamba Kabudi to be Minister of Foreign Affairs and East African Cooperation. The ceremony took place today November 16, 2020 at Ikulu Chamwino.
